We did lots of research before going with Whistler Elopements! Tara's photography is stunning, Paul's videography is out of this world, and Steve is an amazing human who makes this a memory to last a lifetime.There are options to customize this experience - # of guests (if you wanted), flowers, location(s), snacks, beverage, makeup & hair stylist, and more! Steve even had a reminder and tips on how to write your vows! They planned everything for us and made it all so easy. All we had to do was to book our accommodation, and show up!The team works so well together, and I will forever recommend them to anyone looking to get married.

After being together for 12 years since high school, we were tired of postponing our wedding plans due to Covid restrictions so we decided to elope. We chose Whistler Elopements because of the quality and style of photography and other offered services. Steve and Tara were awesome to work with. They made us feel comfortable and since they took care of all the planning, we had a stress-free wedding day. We highly recommend to everyone!

Extremely happy with the results of the Whistler Elopements Team. This team pulled through during the pandemic, and as well as a weather storm that prevented us to go to our initial destination. The alternative that they provided turned out better than our original plans. I shocked my entire wedding party on how relaxed I was about the current events because I knew this team had this under controlled. It ended up turning into a magical experience, in which it was captured beautifully by Tara & Paul (photography & videography). The ceremony was wonderful and Steve (wedding planner & officiant) made us feel surprisingly comfortable when we were most vulnerable. Impressed with the quality of service, all around.

After postponing our original wedding plans multiple times due to Covid, we decided to elope. It was hands down the best decision and we have 0 regrets thanks to the magical work of Whistler Elopements! Steve and Tara were fantastic and easy to get along with. They made us feel comfortable and it was easy to be ourselves around them. Unfortunately Paul had previous arrangements that day, but we were able to fly in our original wedding videographer, Rob Malo, from Montreal. Even though it was their first time meeting and working together, Steve and Tara were welcoming and open. Everything from the planning to the wedding day was perfect. Steve is a triple threat with his planning skills, photography and officiating a beautiful ceremony. Tara is so sweet and talented, her photography is really what gave Whistler Elopements an edge over other options we were looking into and we are SO glad we chose Whistler Elopements. Our wedding day was a dream come true and the day was so smooth and stress-free. We highly highly recommend this amazing team!

We absolutely loved working with Whistler Elopements team. We received a world-class wedding experience without lifting a finger or turning into bridezilla(s). I can say we truly enjoyed every second of the day.Being in the PNW, weather can be finicky. Because the team is so familiar with Whistler they have plan B, C and even D ready for you just in case. We initially planned to take jeeps up to the top of Whistler with our immediately families, but a few days prior to the wedding we had to switch our plans because the snow line was too low to get to our destination. I think most people would panic at this point. Within a day, Steve helped us figure out a new plan, he scoped the scene, & provided a new itinerary. We still had our ceremony at the peak overlooking the glacier and had a cheers with Champagne and cheese boards (ah-mazing!). We’re not religious and Steve’s ceremony/speech was absolutely perfect. It was so on point with adventure and mountains, and who we are as people. The day was better than we could have imagined. If you can imagine it, Whistler Elopements can make it happen!Steve, Tara, and Dom were an absolute blast to work with and we are so happy with the memories from the day. I mean look at these photos!! Over the moon with our experience.

Steve curated the most magical, intimate and wonderful day for us. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to elope in the Whistler area. His communication, understanding and patience throughout the process was amazing, and both he and Tara executed our elopement day perfectly. Such a power couple - they really are tremendous at what they do.

The team at Whistler Elopements were a dream to work with! Not only are Tara, Steve and Paul all so talented, but they are wonderful, kind and fun people to spend time with. Tara is an incredible photographer; we couldn't be happier with how our photos turned out. It is hard to choose our favourites! Steve is fantastic to work with throughout the planning process, with our many questions and brainstorming around options. We also loved the beautiful ceremony and thoughtful words Steve shared. Paul's videography is terrific, we are so grateful to have a video that perfectly captures the emotions of the day.The team was so on top of the details and logistics and despite some last minute weather changes impacting our original plans; we were not worried as we were in constant communication with Steve, who provided multiple great alternative options. The team’s local knowledge and expertise is very much appreciated. This includes the fantastic local partnerships and relationships they have, with florists, helicopter companies, makeup and hair styling (Natacha was amazing!), and the special touches procured to enjoy after the ceremony. All of the details were covered by Steve that we really didn’t need to do anything – which made the whole process breezy and stress-free!We were so comfortable working with Whistler Elopements, that we had full trust they'd make our day as special as possible. We had our immediate family join our wedding day and they still rave about how impressed they were with Steve, Tara and Paul. All in all, our wedding day was better than we could have imagined and we felt supported and cared for throughout our experience with Whistler Elopements – highly recommended!

We chose whistler elopements to help us with our special day for many reasons! They were so kind, professional, responded to us quickly, and helped us through every step. We got to meet Steve as many times as we needed to discuss all of our options and get to know each other. So much knowledge was shared and they took the time to really listen and get to know us. At some point We were so nervous about the weather changing, but Tara answered every question and reassured us so well. They did an amazing job at capturing the day, and watching the videos Paul sent us still make us tear up. We laughed so much that day, and felt as though we were friends and had known them before. They are amazing at ensuring the day is tailored to your unique needs and style and open to any adventure. We had so many back up plans ready, but in the end we got to ride our first helicopter onto a glacier and exchange vows near a waterfall in the Squamish valley. It was so dreamy. It was the very best day of our lives and we recommend them 200%. The pictures are outstanding and out of a fairytale. If we could go back and change anything, we just wouldn’t. We are so happy we chose them. Thank you guys endlessly, you are the best team!No one should hesitate to choose whistler elopements, they will be there for YOU every step of the way. We have been asked countless times who planned our wedding and who photographed our day, and it was them, all them!! We can’t say enough positive things!

Tara and Steve did such an amazing job planning, organizing and executing our special day. They came to us with incredible ideas, scouted locations and allowed us to tailor the day to our unique desires. They were quick and easy to communicate with and Steve’s ceremony was natural and authentic. Tara’s photos blew us (& all of our family and friends!) away and captured the day so organically. I cannot say enough positive things about these two! The entire day felt comfortable and relaxed, like we were hanging out with friends. If you can dream it, they can do it!!!!
