As a carpenter, I never saw a company with such a toxic work environment. Every day was 40% work and 60% drama over who hates whom, who said what, etc. I walked out on them after one month, should have done it on the first day. The owner is only good at running his mouth: he doesn't provide tools, doesn't support apprentices, doesn't pay lunch or overtime. Despite all the advertising and promises, there is nothing that makes these guys any better than thousands of other contractors in the city. Don't recommend for employment

Good quality on projects but I don't recomend this for working, there is companies that appreciate talent and help you excel. Unfortunately this is not the case.

We were invited to work with Postle Construction on some of their absolutely amazing, spectacular and remarkable projects ! It’s only normal that many employees and trades can’t keep up and need to walk away,even though Nick is always perfectly clear ,that the quality is expected to be second to none !We love working with people with clear vision, brains and skills and Postle Construction team are most definitely this people.We never had problems working with them .Grateful and happy -would always recommend to anybody who wants to have unique and well executed HOME -not copy/paste build to capacity house that will never become your home :)

I have worked with Postle on multiple projects and this company delivers high quality work with a great attention to detail. As a sub-contractor, you experience working with many builder's who cut corners at every turn - the opposite is the case here. Postle Construction goes above and beyond with quality at every opportunity and I would highly recomment them for your residential project!

I learned a lot working with Nick; not only about quality construction but also the importance of creating positive relationships with clients.
