Terrible customer service. He kicked me out of the store because he had to leave. I went back I asked if he would help me with printing off a label he told me it’s not his responsibility to help me. I have a disability and I’m unable to do certain things. He waved me off and retreated to the back of the store. Needless to say I walked out of there with my package not able to be sent

Terrible customer service over the phone. Their voicemail system says to not inquire about the status of packages, but when I called to ask if they were open and if they were able to release packages while open (not inquiring about the actual package itself), the man who answered repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence before I could even finish, and then said, I'vegottagobye" and hung up on me! Extremely short in his responses and incredibly rude. If you don't like dealing with FedEx packages for whatever reason

Wonderful customer service! It's always a delight when I pick up packages here. I recently brought in my laptop for service and left with a list of things to try first before I paid him to do the same and it WORKED! Thank you so much for your care and detailed explanations to get me back working! 110% Recommend!

What an absolute gem to have in Esquimalt.I must have bothered the owner with 8+ phone calls about my computer trying to trouble shoot and he was patient and attentive with every single one.After I failed to fix it on my own due to an error on my part, I brought it in and he had it fixed up and running like brand new super quick and at a pretty reasonable cost.If you're anywhere in the Victoria area I highly recommend supporting him and his small business alternatively to going to a big repair chain and sending it off, he'll save you time on the shipping it away and you'll know your money is going entirely to a member of your community.Thanks again!

Great service, good prices and fast turnaround!Brought in an old 2010 iMac for a cleaning/tune up, thinking that I was probably going to hear that I should just replace it. Instead, Shawn took the extra time to discuss some options with me that would boost performance and extend the life of my machine without breaking the bank. After a fruitful discussion weighing pros/cons I opted to upgrade my HD to a SDD. Shawn's work was impeccable and as promised, my computer is clean and performs better then ever before. Price was very reasonable and turnaround time was less then 24hrs! I'm really glad I listened to Shawn's advice and am very confident my computer won't need to be replaced anytime soon. I received five star service yesterday. I have an older computer and Shawn showed me what part I need to purchase and directed me to purchase it directly so that I can save some money. His hourly billing rate is very reasonable as well.On separate occasion I have also dropped off a UPS package and he took time to show me where all the labels go as it was my first time dealing with UPS and I needed help.My general impression is that he is a great guy doing his best to keep his doors open and customers satisfied.
