We are super pleased with our new pretty new fence! From the first phone call with Sam, the service and pricing was great. An estimate was done quickly, all of our questions were answered in a timely and detailed and friendly manner (and we had a lot of questions as we are a Strata Complex). Curt and his team arrived on time, were organized, tidy, and completed the job on time for us. Communication was timely and detailed. We are very happy with the fence and also with the service that we received. We would definitely use and recommend Tower Fence again the future.

The neighbors approached us a few weeks ago and wanted to replace the fence along our property line. They offered to pay as they wanted a certain look and style, which we agreed to. No big deal. But when Tower's employees were installing it they broke garden boxes, had to chip through an old concrete slab that was on both properties but threw the tailings on our side. Left big holes for our dogs to get their legs stuck in. Trampled flowers. Left a big mess that we have to clean up and pay to remediate. That wasn't part of the deal. They also installed damaged product and the caps on the posts are no where near centered! Me and a couple drunken buddies could have done a better job. My advice? Run, don't walk.

Tower fence is the best! They are knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, consummate professionals. I've had two jobs done by them so far and both were well above any expectations I could have set. Plus they have the best prices in town. I'll be coming here first for any future fence-adjacent projects.

In August Steve came for an updated fence quote after Covid. My neighbour plants berry bushes along my dive. I have nearly 30 rose bushes mixed in I want to keep.Steve needed to see if a fence was possible without removing the rose bushes. He said all the berry bushes had to be taken out, but the rose bushes could remain, if they were in the way they would just pull them back. We verbally agreed to fence from the legal front of the yard to the carport for $1800. He told me to pick a morning where I would be home early to give verbal permission then I could leave since I told him I am a busy person. I wanted the end of Oct./beginning Nov. when I could pay in full, but Steve said it was not a good time weather wise & I could make payments. Not liking payments, we agreed it would be paid in full mid to late Oct. I did not know if the fence was going to run straight down the driveway sloping or be staggered because focus was entirely on can this be done with the rose bushes remaining. All I knew is we agreed the fence would not have the ribbon so the roses would get morning sun. On the scheduled day I waited until 10:15 AM to call. The receptionist said most of the workers were out sick, but the crew installing my fence were literally driving to my place. At 11:08 AM I called back saying I'm going to miss my class that starts in seven minutes, could you please have Steve call me. Steve called & told me to go to my class late. He said the workers would be waiting as punishment". I said I'll just miss the class

I would just like to commend Clint on doing an excellent job on replacing the mesh on part of our bike lock up at the building I manage at 2150 Cadboro Bay Road. He was professional,courteous,efficient and an all round nice guy. Clint also made some great recommendations as to how we can make the bike lock up even more secure. I hope his management truly appreciate Clint and his skills. Would I recommend Tower Fence you betcha! Thank you Clint!

Sam and his key lead staff, Steve and Matt, installed our cedar fence promptly and it looks great. They worked hard and professionally to erect a good-looking fence.

Would like to give a big shout out to Tower Fence. In 2012 you installed our beautiful Iron fence. We have had so many compliments on it over the years and it still looks like new.Around the same time that we just had a snowfall here in Victoria, we had some damage done to the fence. My husband, who is undergoing some major health issues right now, called for someone to come by to fix the fence, fully expecting to pay for the damage. One of your supervisor's Andrew came for an inspection and then sent Kelly and Jan to do the repairs. Now, you would never know we had any damage done. Awesome job guys. Thank you so much. Waited 5 weeks for an appointment to get an estimate to replace my fence gates. Andrew showed up and took some information and said he would provide a quote and some pictures next day. Next day I get an email that says We are going to have to pass on quoting the gate replacement. My installers are booked solid until the fall". I suspect my project didn't have enough zeros attached to the bill to deserve an estimate...also the timeframe for work to start is irrelevant...If the next available time is in the fall
