So, unprofessional people who do not respect clients' time and serve people differently based on skin color.I waited more than 30 minutes without being called into my appointment, which I understand it might happen due to unforseen circumstances, but for the lady to come from her break to help a client who came way after my arrival and leaving back to her lunch without checking on me or clients who are waiting, this is unacceptable. She did not even bother to ask me why I was waiting there.This is not an accusation, and I wish that never happened to me. I usually take my parents to Hamilton's location, where we never encounter such a behavior.

Harris is patient, genuine and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured into buy anything at all. A free assessment with Harris helped me learn about my feet and where my pain was coming from. Highly recommend booking with Harris!

Great service! I had to get Orthodics before my insurance expired they were quick and efficient. They sent a fax to my doctor and it was approved. The technician explained everything well and they did a great follow up appointment.

This is my second time at Bioped Burlington working with Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Willing to take the time to work with you for the best fit. Within 2 days my orthotics were made. He was bang on with the custom orthotics. No more foot pain! I highly recommend seeing Richard if you have sore feet or need new orthotics.

Richard and the team are my go to for orthotics. I use my insoles every day, whether it be on a job site in my workbooks or in my everyday sneakers, walking around town. Excellent service, highly recommend Bioped. Richard was very informative and helpful as I was getting my first pair of orthotics. Richard took the time to answer my questions and provided great advice in order to relieve my sore feet! Can't wait to break my orthotics in and enjoy doing the things I love without pain!
