He lied to an elderly couple and preyed on their good faith and now has them without a home for two weeks because he selfishly wanted a sale. keeping him as a part of your team will land you in severe legal trouble. Pierre Desrochers helped me buy my very first place and was absolutely amazing!! He was so helpful and reassuring and helped clarify every step of the process. I would highly recommend him and 2% realty edge any day! I wanted to look at houses between Christmas and New Years, he was there. I wanted to make an offer on New Year’s Day, he was there.
