Ace Overhead Doors

They did an excellent job swapping out my garage door opener. My old one was malfunctioning and very noisy, but they were able to put in a quiet one and service my door. They discovered a few issues with my door that was causing it to open loudly and clunky but after the service it was super smooth and quiet. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company is a WOW! Great customer service and superior quality products. We live in Ashcroft and they were incredibly accommodating. Had a new door ordered and installed very quickly after our old door totally failed. The technician was skilled and accomplished the task quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.

We had a spring go on our garage door. We called Ace Overhead Doors at the recommendation of a friend. They were very friendly on the phone and within half an hour, they were working on our door. Within an hour they were done and they even oiled the wheels and hinges. Very knowledgeable and friendly repairman. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Ian and Clint at Ace Overhead Doors. I had a faulty garage door that would not open or close all the way. They sent Clint to review and found it was the Liftmaster garage door motherboard that was likely faulty as all troubleshooting steps were done, including changing the slack etc, reviewing the eye mechanisms and inspecting each part. Ian called back with a quote and options, and found a less expensive solution, explaining the differences between belt and chain garage doors. The price was exactly as quoted, and they caught a few flaws with the original installed mountings, showed the evidence, and got my permission to fix the other doors for a hour or two of labour. Everything was above board and now all my doors work properly. My wife had to work night shift, and they were extra careful not to wake her - which was another positive experience.

We purchased a door through ace overhead doors, service seemed good and iian was nice enough. We've had many problems with the door and they've had to come fix it multiple times. This last time I called them in July the service man came and needed to order a part. Ive called them around 4 or 5 times since then to remind them, this past time (5 months later) I was told they thought they had already fixed the problem. Apparently warranty only lasts 1 year, I am now concerned that the door I've purchased is faulty and I will be stuck with fixing it after warranty is over. They were supposed to come today (december) but apparently the service man is sick and isn't coming in. If I could do it again I wouldn't go with ace.

Purchased a replacement weather strip from Ace today and managed to get it on with the great advice from Bev. Ended up not being able to put things back together despite my best efforts. Staff came to my house before the end of the day to repair. Had things fixed in an hour. Very professional service. Very commendable how the owner was teaching his apprentice how to repair and be professional. Will be calling them again if I have a problem. Good old fashioned service. Happy New Year.

WOW! Super happy. Needed new garage door and talked to Bev who sent me all the info to decide what door and options I wanted. Smart enough to know to order over month in advance of when I wanted installed due to Covid and everyone suffering with not enough help. Today, as booked ahead of time, John came and installed garage door. Very nice polite man who explained everything he would be doing. He did an excellent job. Definitely recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about Ace and there customer service ! They have helped me in the past with a new garage door opener. There time management and customer service skills are top notch ! I will definitely recommend them !

Where do I start? Extremely poor communication. Accepted a job in Sun Peaks, began a work order, then communication on his end stopped. When I did reach him, I was told he would call me the following day. No call, so I text messaged and left a voicemail. Silence. Our realtor called on our behalf and magically, he answered! She was told he would be up that week as he had another job to do in Sun Peaks and would like to complete them the same day. Makes sense! However, 1.5 weeks came and went, no communication, not returning calls. Finally, my realtor again was magically able to reach someone -his wife. Who had no idea about the job and apparently they don't take jobs in Sun Peaks? Good thing he accepted the job and strung us along for a month, into the cold snap. Thankfully another company saw our job as an emergency and came up within a couple days (over Christmas holidays, might I add). Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Perhaps in town service is better, but I've found a top notch repairman for my needs in town and in Sun Peaks who I can confidently recommend.

Ordered doors back in may of 2022 it is now November, called them several times wondering when they would be installed and they gave me the run around every time. Not calling me back was usual for them and it would take several calls to find anything out other then “we don’t know” absolutely would not recommend these guys. The worst customer service I’ve ever had
