COVERD IN MOUSE DROPPINGSThis storage place once had my five star review because of customer service and pricing, but the customer service expert moved away a long time ago.(she was a southerner who knew how to speak to just about anyone). long story short I'm in the military and my family put items in storage for a year or so and when we got it out it was COVERD IN MOUSE DROPPINGS when i complained they said i signed for the liability ans they were working on it. I call bull A THRIFTY SELF STORAGE IS NOT THE BUISNESS YOU WANT TO MESS WITH

Although I have not moved my property into the space yet, the staff was very cordial and professional in putting me on the waiting list for covered parking, handling the rental transaction smoothly and just being nice to work with. The facility looks clean and well maintained. Thanks!

Called to inquire about renting a unit and the man seemed nice at first but then became frustrated with my situation told me he couldn't help me to go look somewhere else. So much for friendly neighbors wanting help a woman out.
