I been to this restaurant for delivery orders pickup but many times return without foods as always long delay. Just wasting time. I try not to accept orders as much as I can even once in a while I go always frustration nothing else workers doesn’t know how to properly address customer & couriers, I see day by day thing’s getting worse

Walked in, 20 minute wait. Wouldn’t take everyone’s orders, just made everyone wait as they prepared each order individually. Disabled guy waited 30 minutes while the whole line was served and they realized they never even made his order.. terribly managed

On May 7th, 2023. The customer service at this location is rude. I called and spoke to floor manager asked what right do you have or your drive through staff has the right to shout at customer when we were at drive through for almost 10 min with not even a car in front of us. The drive through staff shouted at us ..”I asked you to wait!!” . I don’t recommend this location to anyone simply because of poor customer service.

I used to like this BK more but lately they're slipping. Every time I go now I find the wait is long - to order, and then to get my food. And they messed up my order a bit (they forgot the sauce for chicken fries, and the soft drinks had no taste - like they needed to refill the soft drink syrup or whatever). Hope they get their act together again because I like BK burgers, but won't be going back for a while.

Ok I've gone here too many times to count. I always want to review it but keep forgetting to take a photo before I wolf down my whopper. It's always fresh off the flame grill, smoky, hot and smelling amazing, then expertly wrapped in crisp paper. Such a joy to unwrap and take a big bite!I finally managed to restrain myself long enough this visit to take a photo of this masterpiece of a burger.It is just so good! What they don't tell you is that you can get two whoppers for $8. Why get a meal when you can get two burgers?!

We waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker. We ordered the Whopper meal. We got the meal fast. The whopper is good although not very hot. The fries are VERY stale. It’s 2:15pm maybe these fries are leftover being redone? Just not good. We went inside the restaurant and we exchanged our stale batch with a fresh batch. If the customer has already drove off he will not be able to do that and he will be totally unhappy. The server is not happy to exchange our fries. She has pretty bad attitude. On top of that the restaurant looks really dirty inside. No more eating at this location.

Burgers were sloppily put together. For a mushroom burger, literally had 3 in it with everything else mashed in. Service slow as hell. No one paying attention to the area where drinks and lids are, lids were disgusting. Unimpressed.
