Kahane Law Office

I used Kahane Law Office for the sale of our house. They were very easy to deal with. There was no surprise fee. Whatever was discussed and explained of their fees and breakdown was the total cost to close. I dealt with Amanda through the whole process via email. Once we decided to use them we sent them our sale contract and they took care of everything. We had a few issues due to our survey company for the real property report. Which resulted in a 5K hold back. But Amanda did a wonderful explaining the hold and assured me I would get it back and it was the standard amount.She was also very accommodating on the sign off date as I was away on business. We were able to make arrangements for the paperwork to be signed. The whole process was easy regardless of a few issues. I would recommend their office to anyone and would use them again in the future.

I reached out to several companies for assistance with a Canada Revenue Agency task, but none of them returned my calls. However, when I contacted Jeff's team, they immediately responded, gave me a helpful referral to another team, and followed up with me afterwards. While we weren't a fit for their services at the time, I appreciate their assistance and will definitely contact them if needed in the future.

Late review that I have been meaning to post. I bought a home in June and used Kahane as my lawyers. They were quick and efficient. They were also able to get me in last minute to close and was patient with the other party when they dropped the ball. Thank you to the team for helping me make a private home sale a good first time buying experience.

Very disappointed and thank you for wasting my time. This review applies to Imasha Thia. I have spend over 4500$ in fees and 4.5 months trying to get a retainer agreements, she failed to do so. This time frame is embarrassing to any law firm standard.She is very non responsiveness, poor knowledge on the matter and very unprofessional.

The team at Kahane are excellent. Over the last year they have helped us in real estate and in immigration.I definitely recommend Melvin if you need help with immigration, he is very knowledgeable, thorough, honest and friendly.
