Experience: The Manager is RUDE BEYOND BELIEFDate and Time: 9:54am, July 31, 2021Incident:I lined up beside the front counter to use the washroom. When the previous person exited the washroom, the cashier (manager) held the washroom door open and signaled me to enter. Then, he said, Keep it clean

This is now my favorite gas station in Hamilton. Great prices and the staff are always friendly. Diesel at every pump. Never busy. Easily accessible from downtown And close to the highway.

Unfortunately I didn't receive what I ordered at the Tim Horton's even though I went into the store and put in my order...very disappointed! Staff need to listen to their customers. No phone listing so I can not call to raise my concerns!

This is my “go to” station for gas, lotto and other items. Clean, never a problem with the pumps, we’ll stocked inside, very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager who went beyond expectation to assist when I had an issue, not related to the car. I am there at least twice a week and enjoy chatting with the staff..

The printed sign taped to every machine says Pre-Pay At Pump Broken. The station is pre-pay at pump only. One pump has the screen saying the key pad is none functional, so even if you could pre-pay at the pump... Even if I could pre-pay at the pump the machines never have paper in them, just like the station at Dundurn and King that is also pre-pay at pump only with no paper in the machine for a receipt... I need to claim back my fuel for business... why do I even bother, never again will I choose Esso... They just don't care.

Sam is awesome, very friendly I literally saw this man lift a car to get it un stuck so the woman could make her appointment on time
