Not sure if this is the website or the store's bug, but Indigo's website points that a product is available in store, in the store they told me i have to purchase it online and wait to get notified that my package is available for pickup, very not helpful and a waste of time, defeating the purpose of going to a physical store for shopping.Otherwise the staff were helpful and instructive, nice ambiance, free parking.

Straight forward and consistent.Clean, well organized.I always buy my books from this store.They have a wide variety and can usually order things that aren't available. It's usually not that crowded. The staff is friendly. The point system is a bonus.

I normally would give this store a 5 star- clean, friendly staff and good variety. However, they have removed all their sitting areas. I drove out of my way to go there, expecting to sit and look at books to help me decide which ones to buy. I love sitting in a book store. Now I feel like I'm just being pushed out the door. They used to have sitting areas but they got replaced by extra shelves with more to sell.

Really terrible service. Waswaiting in journals area to pay due to long linevup ... next thing you know clerk comes up to tell me tell me cashes are closed ... but offers yo put my purchases aside ! Wow!!! Never announced closing , and refused to let make my purchases!!!

Horrible customer service when you order online! Since the 8th of March I've been fighting for a cancelation order that they were supposed to take care of cause THEY lost my order. I've put my lawyer on this case,because of their incompetence and neglect to do their jobs at customer service. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! Save yourselves the headache. I'll never shop online or walk into their store ever again.

1- nobody ever answers the phone2- stop filling the store with home items--- there's always not enough books in stock!!! We want books, not overpriced blankets.3- hire more personnel

The variety of books and sections is pretty good, but the pricing is always exaggerated. Shopping online is a good strategy since i always found books 25% cheaper, if not more. Great if you're in a pinch, but I would them to be more competitive. Attached to a Starbucks which is nice. Also, the kid section has a great selection of books and toys.

It's full of books with different genres in English and french. There's manga and pictures books for kids too!

Love coming here on a rainy day. Especially when Starbucks is right beside. I love the decor section too.
