The person I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful, unable to provide information on my order and abruptly hung up on me. Do not contact these people expecting any sort of decent customer service.

This used to be a FedEx ground terminal. I used to have to ride here from work in morning then ride home(fun) I was treated with respect and politely and fairly when I politely asked nearby employees where to find a manager to pick up a parcel. I wonder why they moved.
