Website indicates open from Thursday to Sunday in July and August…. We drove 2 hours to find the gate locked on a Friday (August 12, 2022)

I was so amazed to find such a big Buddhist temple in Quebec. It was a very enjoyable day and very serene atmosphere. I plan on returning again!

I am from Ontario. When I go to visit Montreal, I with some tourist guests always go to visit this peaceful Buddhist temple. I saw many people regardless of their religions go to visit this beautiful and peaceful place. My suggestion is that that the authorities should charge visitor 50 cents or $1 per person and $1per vehicle and they can use this raised amount for the establishments of the temple and the cost of offering foods to visitors.
