Wow what an experience i had this morning. Last 15 years i leased 3 different vehicle with them. First time ever i called them today for issue with payment. They are very rude and there is only one kind of race people working there. they don't know what is the customer service is. I disconnect the phone and trying get different person to talk, no luck. I keep calling them 14 times. NO LUCK. This will be my last honda.

Honda Finance only cares about taking money from their customers. Very unprofessional customer service and disorganized company. They have lost a large amount cheque I mailed to them without even notifying me. I had to call and get updates multiple of times, and on top of that they did NOTHING about it, pretty much left me helpless and didn't own up to their mistake.They are very bad at communicating to customers, no compassion, whatsoever. It took months for them to settle everything with my account. They also lie when they say they will refund you the lost money. They didn't! I just had to deal with it. They are so incompetent and can't say enough the unprofessionalism of this company!!!!!!!NEVER BUYING HONDA EVER AGAIN, SO I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Just paid off my car loan with Honda Finance and they made it so easy. Spoke to a rep a few days ago and he sent me a secure email attachment showing all the relevant information I needed to pay the loan off in full. Spoke with another rep (Patti) today who confirmed that the payment. She also confirmed that a hard copy of the paperwork would be mailed out to me - she suggested sending (and sent) a secured soft copy via email right away for my records. Everything was clear and the responses were quick, helpful, polite and friendly. I was very happy with my experience with Honda Finance in Markham.

The Honda finance representative that I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and condescending. The representative did not offer any solutions to an issue that was a mistake on Honda’s end due to an over payment. Very disappointed with this experience and would never work with this company again.

As for their call center, the waiting time is usually not long, some of the agents are knowledgeable and helpful while others are not. Not the best customer service experience and definitely not the worst.Their back office also made a mistake in the letter I was waiting for, but when I called them back the agent quickly transferred the message to their back office and they quickly resent me the revised letter.

I had a total loss of my Honda. The employee Goodwin is perfect, speaks clear English, had no issues communicating with him. He did everything seamless for me, calculating all the money I owe and what I’ll receive to the penny, I wish every call centre had a Goodwin. Thanks so much sir and hopefully connect in the future. unprofessional in customer care!I have visited a dealership (Westwood Honda) for lease buyout and switched my contract to finance but I haven't received good advice and I am very disappointed with the new finance contract. They didn't tell me that I am making a mistake at this moment. The next day I asked for an undo but no assistance I received.

I had to call 4 times to update my bank information. How hard is it to put down some numbers? I started 2 weeks before my bill was due so I wouldn't miss payment. Every person didn't enter my account right...still waiting for payment to go though.
