We hired Caledon Event Rentals to do a clear top tent for a private event, with bar, tables, chairs and linens rented from the company. The tent was incredible quality, very durable and absolutely beautiful. They were very easy to work with, accommodating and flexible with changing requests and delivered as promised. They also have partnerships with other companies, making it a one-stop-shop and planning that much easier.At times, they were hard to get a hold of, so being accessible over email would be helpful for non-urgent communication. Other then that, would highly recommend!

The service was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and respectful which made the setup process so simple. Would definitely recommend for high quality tent rentals!

I had used their services for a party I had organized. My order was for a full tent, chairs, tables and LED bar.The issues I had with their services:Tent: It was reeking off dirty water smell. I used every scented candle, tons of Febreze aerosol cans, Lysol wipes to try and get the smell out however NOTHING worked. Thankfully by the evening the weather got airy and I had an amazing caterer whom’s food aroma covered the smell.Chairs and tables were NOT cleaned at all. It had all the dirty dried-up food all over them not just one.LED Bar: When I spoke to their representative I was told all the equipment was in working order. However, when they brought the Bar over I was told completely different thing. The guy said to me that it is only the BAR that is available and the LED lights do no work. I asked them why did they advised me something else when I rented it and he had no answer. they also charged $100 only to rent a white plastic box(not sure why)I highly suggest that you pay the extra and get the proper sanitized and clean services.

I worked with Caledon Event Rentals to secure a reception structure style tent for my clients wedding. Let me first off tell you the level of professionalism we received. From every detail to even ensuring the tent and floors were clean down to the timing of the tent set up was impeccable. They went the extra mile and gave great suggestions where they were needed. If you are in need of tents, especially larger venue style tents for ceremonies and receptions I recommend this company no doubt. Look forward to working with you guys soon!
