Not open on a Saturday when hours are specified to be open. Nothing online or on store too notify public that they are closed. Drive 1.5hr too see there closed for no reason waste of time.

My first time in this place, I phoned before going and made an inquiry about a part which they had. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't seem to have much of a selection of bikes and Quads, but that may be due to Covid-19. Will update on my next trip to Lethal. 4 stars because of the parking lot.

I walked into Lethal with intent to purchase a utv, Dalton came running over right away to show me and my wife the prowler pro ltd i found in the back corner. The quick answering and no bsing attitude landed him a fast sale. The machine was cleaned, extra parts that i purchased was installed for free and was delivered at a reasonable cost.

Less than acceptable customer service. Called looking for pricing on parts. Was made to feel that I was bothering the individual that answered the phone. I'll go somewhere else.

Called in for parts and spoke to April. Needed 3 clutch weights and they only had 2 in stock. She took the time to look up availability at other dealerships even, and got me fixed up! I will definitely be doing more business there in the future. Awesome customer service April!

Outstanding service, best price in Alberta and quick answer everything. Lots of space to park. Highly recommended this place. In less then 15 minutes my quad was ready and Loaded by Dalton and I was gone. Less then 20 min in total for the entire purchase.Guy
