ABC Plumbing & Heating - Spencerville

I gave the two stars because the young man who showed up at 10pm on a Saturday to help was nice and tried his best to help me (five stars to him). When I heard nothing by 10 am Monday about repairing the collapsed pipe to the septic, I called ABC.They had heard nothing of this and would get back to me with a quote. I waited one hour and called back and was given the quote. (Why am I chasing a quote? And is the fact we can't use the septic Since Saturday not enough to warrant a priority?)She said there was no one available and they are booked solid. I was very stern with her telling her that communication within the company is horrible. Call your customers and especially if you do not have time and I need to source out the work !Needless to say, I went with another company who showed up within 1 hours of calling and did the work.
