I have been going to Mr. Muhammad for the longest time I can remember. He has been very helpful in all my CRA/Tax needs. He has a great group of people working under him to do your bookkeeping and is willing to give you the time personally if needed be.Most of my family members have been going to him as well.

I can not honestly recommend his services to anyone.The concept of an appointment means nothing, he will not allocate that time for you as he will see other walk-in clients if they come in.When you do sit down with him, he is constantly answering phone calls, responding to incoming emails and addressing other client issues and always seems to be juggling many different returns at once.He is not interested in maximizing your return. If you prompt him to add credits or deductions, he will input them, otherwise he doesn't ask you for that information. He wants to get your return as soon as possible so that he can move on the next client.Support staff is similarly useless.The entire office is a disorganized mess with papers everywhere, reflective of the kind of service you're going to receive.I don't write reviews often, but if you read this and are thinking about using his services or are a current client, I urge you to find another accountant. There are many great ones out there that will actually sit down and spend time with you.
