I went into Sketchers today to buy a pair of shoes. I ended up leaving with two amazingly comfortable pairs thanks to help from Natasha I explained to her what I was specifically looking for as I'm very peculiar about my shoes and colors of them and comfort level for what I do everyday. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful I will definitely come back to buy more off her.

Best pair of shoes you will ever own. Been buying my shoes at Sketchers for 5 years now. Go and just try a pair on and walk around. So comfortable. Lots of great designs and prices.

Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had at a shoe store! Everyone was friendly to the boot (no pun intended) and wanted to help out as soon as I walked in.I must give a special shoutout to their sales representative, Lydia. She just wanted to make sure that I found the right sneaker for my trip and truly went above and beyond. Thanks for such a great experience!

I went to return shoes i had ordered on line, because I ordered the wrong size. The salesperson, whose name is Asia, was fantastic !! She informed me that they didn’t have the particular one i returned, but suggested one that was very similar. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Asia. I love my new Skechers!!

Sketchers Limeridge Mall, you are so fortunate to have Asia in your employ. So friendly, professional and very accommodating. Unfortunately for me, the shoes I wanted were out of stock and Asia suggested that I order them online and I proceeded to do so, however, the online process is not exactly user friendly. I phoned Asia, hoping she remembered me, and she did. Asia provided me over the phone assistance and my order was successfully accepted. Thank you so much Asia. Sketchers Canada.....going forward, it would be wonderful if products could be brought in from another store. I was hoping to have the shoes for an upcoming trip in 2 weeks but with the online process, I'll be doing the trip without.

I am a teacher and was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for work, that could give me arch support as well. I was greeted by the lovely Larissa, who was very knowledgeable on what options I could try. After running to the back to grab at least a half a dozen pairs of shoes, I found a comfortable pair of go walk 6s. I wasn’t a hundred percent sure about the colour, but again, Larissa provided me with an option for securing the show I want, but also finding the colour I might be hoping for. She was beyond helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making this shopping experience for an indecisive person like myself seamless. Thank-you for all of you insights and guidance. You were so helpful.

The young lady who served me was a great help. Since I'm buying Dad Shoes for the first time I'm required to refer to the individual who helped me as a 'young lady'. She directed me to the right pair for my arch needs. Fingers crossed they are what I need for long walks. If so, I'll go back for the second part of the buy one, get one at half price, in a couple of weeks.

Went into the store to buy shoes for my mom who loves her sketchers and neeed another pair. Mat offered help and Lidia joined in to help as well to give suggestions. They were both working as team and very helpful. They were both so cheerful. Ended up buying two pairs. Store was clean and organized as well.

Good collection of shoes, sales staff were very accomodating and weren't pushy at all. They had a decent stock in the back, so we were able to get all the sizes we needed.

Honestly I’ve never had better customer service, these days it’s so hard to find the right type of sales associate and ayzhia was just perfect. She helped me and my coworker get a pair when we had no intention of buying and sold us some killer, versatile sneakers, thanks so much! :)
