Best bakery in Winnipeg. Actually, one of the best in Canada. The desserts are works of art. We recently tried the chocolate mousse (gluten free), the mango cake and cinnamon buns. They were all SPECTACULAR! We shared the treats in the group and we were trying to decide which one we like best. Some thought the mousse was the best. And it was SCRUMPTIOUS! Personally, I loved the cinnamon buns. Not too sweet. Melt in your mouth goodness. Oh... SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! I would give this place 10 STARS!

Talk about elevating the dessert game in the city. There’s one thing that makes Cake-ology miles better than even above average bakeries and that’s because they make art. Their desserts are a combination of amazing flavour, texture, and beauty. Along side a seasonal purchase, I tried their signature Kouign-Amann, as per recommendation of the owner, it did not disappoint. Not only did I walk out of their store front excited to try their pastries, but also super welcomed and can’t wait to be there again. Go to Cake-ology to try something different in the exchange.

I got Kouign-amann and cheese cake. Both of them were fantastic. Kouign-amann is light and crispy. This was completely different from what I imagined and I definitely loved it. And the basque cheese was so smooth and flavourful. I love Cake-ology’s creativity and quality products.

I like the cupcakes from here, specially their ice cream cookies. Packaging is nice and staffs were friendly. Cakes looks so delicious will definitely try it next time. They have delivery as well. A little bit pricey.

The Kouing-Amann here is really good, though not done in the traditional way if you’re looking for a straight up one (at least when we went there). Selection was low for a bakery, just KA available and a few cupcakes.

I must say that their cakes and cookies, are truly amazing. Among all their offerings, the Pavlova and Boston Cream Kouign-Amann are exceptional and I highly recommend trying them. The service at Cake-ology is also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, Cake-ology is definitely worth a visit for anyone who loves quality desserts.

Nice little place, good tasting food. The workers were very helpful and friendly. Selection isn’t great, it’s obviously more cake-based (name makes sense, right?). Cupcakes were very good however, very dense, although slightly pricey. Overall, still recommend if you’re in the area or a cake fan!

There are some amazing bakers working at Cakeology. I ordered a cake for my nieces birthday and it turned out perfect. Exactly what I asked is what was delivered. I’d recommend them to anyone! And their cupcakes were divine. Not overly sweet which was just perfect. Thanks again!

Lovely place, but for today they don’t have a lot of product since it’s just a day after holiday. But the caramelized croissant was amazing. One of their bestseller
