Review based on 100+ orders.Customer service:Worst customer service. Staff treats customers with disrespectful and mostly customers have to tell their orders repeatedly because they are so busy in their own chit chat and don’t hear customer’s order properly.Food:Food is good and worth of price but only if they are making it good.Online orders:Most of the time online orders are good and prepared with care and following the instructions but occasionally you will regret in case ordering during busy time.Policy:Staff is not well trained and based on recent argument on January 21, 2022 10:45 PM with Manager, claimed by girl who was preparing my food, clearly staff is not aware of company’s and legal policies and behaves like they are well trained and aware of everything plus they know more than legal advisors.Reason for loosing rating:Poor customer service and misbehave by staff. For reference an image has been attached where food prepared by staff is soggy, half cooked and improperly closed which in result leaks all the sauces.Suggestion:If owner wants to keep running this store then owner needs to focus on staff because food quality is good. It’s staff who is responsible for loosing customers.

Shouldn't there be fish in the fish tacos? It's not hard. It's one piece of fish per taco. You only need to count to 3. The girl serving didn't understand English very well and I had to resort to pointing as my friend was getting really frustrated with the level of communication, or should I say the lack of it. We're coming back tomorrow for a refund since your phone number has no initialized voicemail service..

I ordered Aug 7th at 12:45pm off skip the dishes. When I received my order, everything seemed OK. The plastic bag was sealed with tape.When I opened the bag there was a very unpleasant smell. I ordered 2 burritos 1 small 1 regular size. The smell was from the regular one. The burrito was burnt so bad that the paper it's wrapped in was burnt (they wrote on the burnt part) We attempted to eat it but the flavour was ruined. I drove the burrito back to them. I will never go back to this location.

This was my first visit but it most definitely will not be my last. Great service! I gobbled up my salad and washed it down with a Lime flavoured Jarritos beverage.

Amazing, I had a chicken and garlic shrimp burrito. They have not in their menu but still I got it. I am satisfied with the food and service. Supreme fries looked yummy but I will try next time. Enough for today

Guys I ordered nacho’s yesterday and I must say that was too bad in taste and the way they serve or packed my food was ridiculous. This was first time I ordered from your location and I made a bad choice !!

I have been to this place many times but not sure if the management changed or the employees. I chicken bowl had only spoon of chicken 4 pieces in total could count it. I asked the person who fixed my bowl but she said I have to order a large if I need more chicken. This is not my first time eating a bowl or first time eating here. Never going back. I will vist the queen streey location even if it takes an extra 10 min drive.UpdateThanks for the reply. But I did order 2 burrito bowls and 2 tacos and you are talking about just the one. I don't want to argue here, doesn't make sense to me when you have decided already to ignore my complaint. Please don't bother to reply, I know your answer. I did not feel that the meat was less in both bowls it was a fact.

Ordered 2 vegie burritos on phone picked and went home. They putt just rice lolz only a bit beans and no sauce i think i never ordered only rice in burrito

I wish I could give zero star to the employees. Worst Customer Service ever.I came today around 8:00 pm (4 Feb, 2023) and the girls there were don’t even know what’s customer service called. No greetings, nothing. The gesture which she made was so rude and she was giving weird looks.She don’t even know how to serve , how to greet and all other basic etiquette. Literally the first word which she said was in extremely rude way. I don’t know why management hire such kind of people who don’t even have basic manners.

Their food is my favourite especially their supreme fries here we went today and ordered this burrito bowl best presentation and customer service was awesome nisha and rupinder both are very hard working and welcoming.❤️❤️❤️❤️
