Wasay and his colleagues had tried to help me out numerous times trying to get a matte screen protector to stick. Unfortunately, it hadn't on my 22 Ultra but they tried their best and had refunded my money back. I really appreciate Wasay's customer service and help with trying to find a solution to my problem.

Amazing place for repairs and accessories.. got my s21 ultra screen fixed in 20 mins whereas other places were saying 2 days , 6 hours and so on. Would recommend to deal with Mohammed he know how to provide excellent customer service..

I really wanted to give this place less than 1 star but there is no option. I called them yesterday afternoon and explained the tech. that screen of my phone has turned black and probably it's a connection issue. He advised that most likely it's the screen that is damaged and needs to be replaced and it will cost $350 for my Samsung galaxy ultra S21 phone. When I went to their shop he said he will check the phone to see the issue. The guy didn't have proper tool to open the phone and made all the scratches on back lid. He literally was forcing the back lid with a metal tool trying to open it and damaged the back lid. I did not realize until later what was happening and after looking at all these good reviews thought these guys are professional and know what they are doing. After opening the lid he left my phone of the table and started attending other customers and asked me to wait. He was also answering multiple calls while he working on the phone and was jamming this metal tool on it. After almost half an hour of waiting while he attended many other customers who came in for various reasons and calls he told me the screen probably needs to be changed and it will cost $450+tax. I reminded him that he quoted me a price of $350+tax over the phone and he said that was a tentative price. I questioned him how is it tentative when I clearly told you the model or phone and asked you the price of a specific part and he didn't bother to answer. He definately didn't know what he was doing and wasted my time by mis selling and giving a wrong price over the phone and then damaged the back lid by making all these scratches. Such unprofessional behavior and disappointing service. Please beware of these scammers who will do anything to get you in and then instead of fixing your problem will make it worse. Such a shame

I bought a screen protector, camera protector & cover for a brand new iPhone 14. There are variety of options to choose. The staff helped us to choose a right product with experience.
