We've been going here for years. Amazing staff. Always so helpful and go above and beyond. Recently popped in to do a return and pick up some treats for our newest fur baby. Staff were so friendly and quick. Definitely recommend for all your pet needs. Love supporting local.

Customer service is terrible. Staff has very little interest in helping their customers and unless the owner is in the store, they barely acknowledge anyone shopping until they get to the counter.

Do not recommend. They have had horrible customer service during this COVID crisis. They are one of the only pet stores in town and I'm sure are busy and stressed. However, I do not believe that condones poor behaviour. I feel like I am bothering them with my business as they are rude and quick to shoo" you away from the store."

Honestly I go to pet valu for the hard and toys for my rabbits. They always have the best stock of Oxbow toys and food. They also usually have good quality cat grass, and frequent sales.

Pet valu is great overall, but this one is particularly friendly. Always well stocked. They occasionally host kittens from the SPCA to be adopted out(with normal fees). We have adopted two kittens from this location.
