Rhandie was very professional and very polite. I went in for a haircut and a beard trim and from the moment I showed up she was very welcoming and we had a great chat the whole time I was getting my hair done. Will definitely be going back as I've never had I better experience getting my hair done. Well worth the wait I assure you.

This place is one of the gems in Old East Village. First and foremost, the haircut I received was top notch - I walked out feeling like a million bucks - but in addition to that, the atmosphere and the attitude were so warm and inviting. Rhandi was incredibly friendly, she made me feel like I could have told her if I didn't like something she was doing, without it being a big deal (Not that it was necessary, since she did such an amazing job).Pricing is very reasonable, and completely worth it. I'll definitely be going back to Krums from now on.

Rhandi is more then just a barber! She is an aspiring entrepreneur who always goes the extra mile for her clients. I have been going to Rhandi for over 3 years now, and even though I moved over 2 hours away, I still make the trip when I need a top of the line cut!It is always a laid back, friendly environment, she is extremely knowledgeable with both men’s and women’s cuts!Krums is not just a barber shop, it’s truly an experience you won’t forget!

Rhandi is without question the best barber this city has to offer. She's professional, personable, and most important of all--she's definitely an expert at what she does. I honestly can't imagine going elsewhere, even if I move out of London. Rhandi, you rock!

Rhandi is very professional and caring barber I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. After a few bad experiences elsewhere. Krums gave me the haircut I have been looking for. Rhandi makes sure the cut is perfect and you are happy before you leave never disappointed. Ps love the new shop looks amazing

I have been to a lot of barbers and since I found Krums I refuse to go anywhere else. Her work is second to none and unlike other barbers she goes above and beyond to keep her equipment clean which is huge for me. A safe, sterile and clean environment is her number 1 priority which sadly isn't common in the industry. Sterile and sanitized equipment after every cut which helps keeps us all safe and healthy.

My attention was brought to Krums Men's Grooming from a simple picture of her own hair. I had been looking for a barber for awhile and then I found Krums. Rhandi has been my barber for over a year and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her talent is breathtaking, she's very knowledgeable to all kinds of hairstyles and cuts, for both men and women. She's very accommodating, punctual and easy going, its always a laid back feeling, full of laughs and relaxation when I go in for my cuts.I will always recommend Krums Men's Grooming.
