The building was easy to access after clearing the security questions for Covid. Parking in front for short term available.

Took a bit of walking around to find the right door. It was raining, and I slipped twice on the painted crosswalks.I was also stopped at the first floor, and was told to call the person I wanted to see, instead of being able to actually meet with them. Apparently Emergency Help" means "whenever they get around to it".I was able to photocopy important documents for free

This is ideal commercial and office architecture for Canada Climate. I love the garden inside the building, how ever there are some unoccupied units.

The indoor garden with live fishes definitely changed the vibe of this building. They also have an renovated area for resting and socializing.
