Recently went in to the store to purchase a Maple Leaf jersey and it was a terrible experience. Customer Service is NOT top of mind to anyone working in this store. I shelled out $300 for a customized jersey. They told me it would take 2 hours to customize. I agreed to wait. At the 40 minute mark they advised I could not have my jersey customized because they were missing the letter L (I was getting a SALMING jersey therefore the letter L was imperative). I asked when they would be getting the letter L - they said they didn't know. I asked them to check with the people who customize the jerseys as they would be aware of when they were getting their shipments. They told me they couldn't ask the customizing staff because they wouldn't know either. So I asked what they could do for me - they basically said they could do nothing for me unless I wanted to back out of the whole thing and get a refund. I asked to see the Manager as I was shocked at all of the sorry can't help you" I was getting after spending that much money. When the Manager came out I was given an alternative that was not presented to me prior. We changed the colour of the jersey to white and now I could have it customized because they had the BLUE letters in stock. It then took another 2 1/2 hours to customize and literally had to beg them to bring the shirt out from wherever they customize them so I could leave. HANDS DOWN the worst retail experience I have had ever. How is this the best REAL Sports has to offer? And repping the Leafs? The worst."

Great store!!I am AMAZED at the sometimes overnight change to reflect which Toromto team has an upcoming game.We have bought many things--the quality is AMAZING!!

i visited real sports today to get a custom raptors jersey and i was very impressed with the store and all the staff members . They were ready to help me ,answer questions and they were helping each other like a team . When i went to checkout they were nice enough to offer the mastercard discount when using the card . Thank you . LETS GO RAPTORS

music choices aren’t family friendly ! Heard plenty of offensive, explicit lyrics in my time shopping here yesterday, including an ableist slur that rhymes with “regarded”. Maybe I’m old-fashioned but to play inflammatory songs like that in mixed company is plain rude. Find the clean versions, please, I don’t need my kids repeating this stuff!

Ordered some Canada soccer gear online. Items were exactly as described and delivery was very quick - about a week to get all the way out to Calgary. Great experience and no complaints at all.

I’d like to give a shout out to Supervisor Erick Lopez at Realsports. Ordered a custom Raptors Jersey. Because of the unique specific size it had to be specially made. Erick gave me his email to get updates and within a couple weeks it was done. Erick took care of it and it came out perfectly. Thanks again!!

I came in the shop today to spend about $2700 on gifts and only spent about $33 due to the terrible customer service. Amanda C was the girl that was in the shop this afternoon (January 18th 2022) that provided the worst retail experience. I asked her about something that is NOT on clearance and she said “whatever is there is there I don’t feel like getting anything”. First of all, you work for an organization that's all about the fans. Second of all, this is a customer service job at least make an effort to go into the back and walk back out. You don't even have to look! Later throughout my shopping experience I found a shirt on clearance with Vince Carter that had a hole. And I noticed that once I was at cash and she said can you put it back on the rack on your way out. Excuse me? You work here, not me AND why do you want me to out something that's damaged on the sales floor for someone else to buy? This goes to show that MLSE altogether is an organization that cares about revenue and sales rather than the customer experience. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. I'd rather buy stuff on the NHL/NBA website and wait for it to be shipped out. I later went to the Jays shop, which I must say they provided great customer service and went over and out. They found the right product and made my day better. I found a lot of good items for a fraction of the cost of MLSE and went on to spend just under $5000.

Wasn’t impressed with the employees or payment methods. I went in to buy one item, I stood and watched 5 employees and 2 customers were placing special orders. They all seemed more concerned with their personal cellphones than checking me out. After several minutes and several customers in line we were able to check out. They don’t accept cash, and they don’t accept Discover Card either.

My first live in Toronto.There are many official shops with quality products, if you like, there are pills, helmets, sports shoes. It's a good place to laugh and enjoy with friends.
