Third Street Dental - Dr. Ho

After moving to Vancouver I was lucky to have happen upon Third Street Dental. While I have never had any bad experience at any dentist clinic I must say that this clinic aims high to provide a good experience all to their patients. Their staff is kind, friendly, sociable and make sure to answer all your questions. Dr. Andrew Ho offers friendly advice as well as various suggestions to help maintain or improve the health of your teeth. In the past I have never been very fond of dentists but Third Street Dental has changed my opinion. I happily recommend Third Street Dental anyone looking excellent dental care.

Dr. Andrew Ho is by far the best dentist I've ever been too. I was really impressed with his gentle touch and how he shared some great options for moving forward with treating my cavity. He never pressured me one way or the other as to how to deal with it. He just presented my options and he was very professional and friendly when explaining them to me. I will be back to visit him again soon!

I have been going to Third Street Dental for a least 3 years. I used to have another dentist in the North Shore that overcharged me and wasn't upfront with the prices for his work. My husband has been going to Third Street Dental since 1999, he has been always very happy with Dr. Tom and his fabulous team so he suggested that I give it a try. So I did and I have been really happy with Dr. Tom, the super friendly Sharon and the very accommodating and smiling Sarah. Normally, going tothe dentist isn't one of my favorite things to do, but when I have my appointment at Third Street Dental, I look forward to it because I feel comfortable, everybody is really knowledgeable and friendly, fair prices and my teeth always feel wonderful!My husband and I now leave in Maple Ridge and Dr.Tom and his team are still our Dental Team of Preference!! I've been going to Third Street Dental- Dr. Andrew Ho for over 3 years now. He is professional and makes a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. The receptionist are sure to greet you with an inviting smile. They contact you through text, email, and phone prior to your appointment which is great, and they make appointment booking easy. The dental hygienist are gentle, friendly, and thoroughly record the sensitive areas for future appointments to avoid any future discomfort. Overall, Dr. Andrew Ho and his team are wonderful and they've earned a life-time patient!

It's hard to find a good dentist in Vancouver. My experiences in the past have never been good. So when it was time to find a new dentist I was happy to discover Dr. Andrew Ho at Third Street Dental. Dr. Ho was very patient and understanding. He listened to my concerns and provided great solutions.After my cleaning Dr. Ho provided some alternatives to treatment but I never felt pressured or sold on anything. The dental staff are all friendly and helped my appointment go smoothly without any worries. Finally a dentist that cares!

This dentist is so welcoming, everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienists and doctor. I've had a lot of anxiety getting dental work done and Dr.Ho gave me some options to help me feel better about the procedure. Dr.Ho has made coming to the dentist less anxious for me and I feel very well taken care of. Everyone is so professional and empathetic. Thank you!

What an amazing dental experience! Being in my third trimester of pregnancy, I was wondering how comfortable I would be at the dentist. The massaging chairs, the large screen TVs, the friendly atmosphere, and the skilled hands of Dr. Ho and his staff, made for a wonderful AND comfortable experience. My two children (ages 4.5 and 3) also visited Dr. Ho's clinic. It was their first time seeing a dentist. He was SO patient and gentle with them. He even made them balloon animals :) They LOVED their visit and have asked to go back to see Dr. Ho. They even pretend to be dentists at home and re-enact their cleaning on each other and on mommy. I HIGHLY recommend this dental clinic for the entire family!!!

I've been going to Third Street Dental for the past 2 years and can't say enough great things about Dr. Andrew Ho and his team's professionalism, friendliness, level of service and knowledge. Cheryl, my dental hygienist always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable during my cleaning visits and I genuinely feel like she cares when she asks how I am doing and what's going on in my life (not something you usually expect when going to a dentist!) The dental equipment is modern, pristine and I always feel like I'm in great hand when I come in. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and his team to anyone I know!

I have been going to Third St. Dental ever since they opened in 1999. I used to live in the same building and found it very convenient and friendly. I was first told of the business by a friend and have always found them knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Most of my experience has been with Dr. Henry Tom and his team of capable assistants. Sharon is my favourite because she always keeps me amused while she is cleaning my teeth. Henry is an accomplished magician as well as dentist and he is always good for for a card trick or two. I feel the whole group to be my family and find the drive there even from Maple Ridge!

I truly can't speak highly enough of Doctor Ho, all his staff, and their facilities. Dr Ho is an absolute legend - not only his gentle touch and exceptional expertise, but his kind and calm bedside manner which makes you feel at ease. Furthermore, it's obvious that all the staff are focused solely on what is best for their patients. Special shout out to Katy for helping me arrange to have my wisdom teeth extracted, which was very nervous about but went along very quickly and painlessly, through to the end of my recovery. I no longer have to dread visits to the dentist whatsoever as I know everything will be as quick and comfortable as possible. If you live anywhere even remotely nearby, see if you can become a patient at Third St Dental.
