Change my furnace from oil to electric and I was satisfied with the level of professionalism shown from start to finish.Mathieu showed up, assess the situation and did is recommendation, and talk me through the process. I went with them, because out of all the person showed up, they were will to try my google nest thermostat.JAKE and Sam(Apprentice). Jake is a real one.. Showed up and did the job well. Install and remove the equipment and install the nest thermostat like a champ.Time for payment, Veronique was professional and to the point.Thanks guys for an amazing experience.(I have to go there) As a black guy you always expected to be treated unfairly, whether you are spending your hard earn money or not.. (It's 2023, I know, but that is just how it is).. But these guys were all round professional.

After reading many Google reviews from a few heating and cooling companies, I chose SAF Combustion. There were only 3 negative comments and now that I have had my experience with SAF, it leads me to believe the issue was with person writing the review and not SAF! It's horrible nowadays how quick people are to write unfair comments. Anyhow, I am very happy I chose SAF to complete the work. I had two ductless AC units installed in my home and from the first phone call to the installation the service was impeccable. Mathieu Gervais, Residential Project Manager was very professional and provided an estimate within 24hrs. He went through the estimate in detail with me so I was sure of what I was purchasing. The two installers Jacob and Mathis were professional and courteous. Despite the 35 degree temperature they worked hard and efficiently. I work from home and they did there absolute best not to create to much noise. After the work was complete, Jacob walked me through how to operator the units. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate in recommending SAF Combustion for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I recommend SAF Combustion. I needed a new hot-water tank installation and called SAF. Everything went perfectly. The owner (Mathieu) was really quick and polite to deal with by email. He answered several of my questions right away, and the quote he gave me by email was the final quote at installation. Jacob, the main tech guy who did the installation, along with his assistant (Mathis) was impeccably polite and respectful. It was easy to see he was very knowledgeable, and knew how to deal with clients. I was super impressed with Jacob's approach to everything, and he and Mathis were very prompt and professional. For sure, five stars regarding how things went.

We had our unit installed about five years ago. It has worked perfectly. Today we had a tech come by and do a full cleaning and to check for any issues prior to summer.The tech was great. Able to explain what he was doing and why. He removed and showed us the internal fan. We were amazed at how dirty it was. It does not look like a easy diy job. Lots of little screws to remove and clip to push to get the front components off and out of the way.Hopefully we’re ready for a full season of air conditioning.Thanks SAF for taking care of this.

Very pleased with the installation of a mini- split heat pump. Staff were very accommodating , on time and thorough in their work. They explained what was happening as they proceeded with the installation.I would definitely have them do HVAC work again. The price was competitive and the work was well done.

SAF replaced our old oil furnace with a new electric furnace and heat pump. At every stage of the process they were prompt, cheerful and very professional. The price quoted was reasonable, and the work was accomplished with minimal disruption. Our rural home is on a steep lot, and access can be difficult. The work was done in the middle of winter, during a cold snap. Despite the inconvenient conditions, the crew did the job with remarkable speed and skill. This is a first-class business, and I would recommend it to anyone.
