Worst experience ever !! Took my cat for a simple nail trim. CRISTINA at the front desk greets you like you’re an inconvenience. She has ZERO customer service skills !! Long story short, they wouldn’t let me come in the back and they return my calm cat in a collar wrapped in a blanket traumatized for no reason.

Very expensive, they try to find ways to charge you more money and ask you for tests that doesn't even have to do with what you brought your pet for. They charge you for a mandatory check up and do not even touch your pet, I brought my dog to get his shots, I was there the whole time and the check up was never done and I was charged for that.

My brother brought his dog to this place a few years back. Our dog had been sick and not eating for days. This place basically pull out several of our dog's teeth and told us our dog had teeth problems". These Clowns misdiagonsed the problem. The person who did the operation just disappeared on a "vacation". We never got an answer to what and why they found. Basically they just took our money and ran. We never saw any X-Ray

The miscommunication on their behalf at this vet will cost you money and time. They like to say they care but they don’t. No one takes accountability. They expect clients to be happy when they are the ones that messed up. Found a better place with better people that respect your time and money. Bunch of Karens and scammers at this place. Kacey you arent smart by trying to delay me so your friends can come see me. It takes 2 secs to book an appointment.

I had to bring my cat in suddenly with a medical emergency and it was our first time to vet. I was really anxious and so was my cat but the staff at EVH were so patient and understanding. Instructions were clear, I got an appointment in a reasonable time. Dr. Sammy was gentle with my cat when examining and took his time with us not rushing us, he explained all my options and associated costs. We chose not to do an xray and went home with provided antibiotics. My cat got worst that night, I can't blame the Dr. He did say they cant be sure what's going on without an xray. I do slightly wish he had pushed at that point for us to get the xray and urine analysis right away, I probably would have went with that option. When we returned next day he suggested right away xray and saw a slight blockage and recommended emergency vet. The staff were very caring as I was Emotional and stressed and they took time with me, explained my options weren't judgmentmental at all. I still have to follow up but so far few times we have called and needed something post hospital the admin have been helpful. I can't speak to certainty overall how this clinic is equipped to handle mild critical cases and wish they did dental work so it would be a one stop place. I will continue for now and see how it goes. So far very pleased. 100% not money grabbers they were very sensitive to my sudden financial stress. Thank you

March 13th they refused to see my grandmother’s 12 year old Pomeranian, despite her pleading them to accept her. They insisted she was “stable” based on a simple visual assessment, and no tests. Our beautiful dog was already a patient there. Told us to come back another day.Our dog died this morning (March 14th) after having to bring her to a emergency clinic. She was in pain and confused. You should be ashamed.Non emergent? She went into septic shock and everything was totally preventable. She was YOUR patient and you should’ve done your best. My poor grandmother did everything correctly and lost a pet within a matter of house because of you. A system failure isn’t a reason to not provide care. Ridiculous.
