I arrived early for my appointment and my vehicle was quickly repaired to my complete satisfaction. Price was reasonable

I would suggest taking your vehicle to a different garage based on my experiences.I said to them that I'd like to have my rear drum brakes and components replaced, and my handbrake adjusted, my exact words were; I'd like a functional handbrake, please and thank you. SO; Quite a good amount of money later I got my car back. They did a few extra things, replaced a ball joint in the front as well as replacing the handbrake cables.That is where the good ends.I paid quite ALOT of money for HALF a job. The whole point of me dropping my car off was to have a WORKING rear brake assembly and handbrake. That wasn't done, AT ALL. New components were there, NOTHING adjusted properly. Handbrake did NOT work at all. So my conclusion is that if their mechanics replace components and do not bother to adjust them they aren't competent/ trustworthy. Luckily I learned how to adjust this myself.It smells of a rip-off. Check your invoices with a fine tooth comb, learn from my mistakes.I think to anybody who'd consider this garage;Reconsider.

I had to get an exhaust pipe repaired and went to several other muffler shops first. They all said it will be a week before they can get it in. Then I came here and they had my exhaust repaired the next morning. They only replaced the section that needed replacing and charged a reasonable fee. When I picked up my vehicle I asked if they could do repair brake work on my other vehicle. They had that done the next morning too. That was at a fair price also. They called me with an estimate before doing any work and stuck to the estimate when I picked up my vehicles Based on the above I would definitely return.

Gave me a run around on a quote (in which I found a few different garages give me a quote for the same repair some of them over $100 less than this place) gave me attitude when I picked my car up and told them I’d get it done elsewhere

System does not allow for negative stars or this place would surely get minus 10 out of 5. ZERO customer service or skills displayed by the staff there. Called over 4 days in advance to see about an estimate, was told they never did a muffler on a 2008 Santa Fe (hard to believe but ok), was told bring in first thing when open its first come first serve walk in. I was 2nd person in, this man whom I can only assume was the owner walks in and does not greet or acknowledge the existence of customers in his waiting area fills out paperwork and walks back out into the garage. Others in waiting room said that was typical of the level of customer service given by that man and the establishment. First man walks up and gives his name (exactly as you would when showing up for an appointment I might add) and asks about waiting for his vehicle and was told be hours and hours before it would be in (FIRST person in the place and remember no appointments its walk in first come basis), so I knew right away how it was going to go on my turn. I go up on my turn and state as a reminder he told me 4 days earlier first come basis so here I am #2 just to have up on hoist and get the estimate (would take 2-5 minutes TOPS) and that I knew no work would be done that day, he with the blankest expression I have ever seen on a person said I would have to leave it for the day and they MIGHT get to it as there was 92 others ahead of me (2nd in the building, told no appointments or reservations, remember). I called 4 days prior and none of this was ever said so I was lied to and then ignored and given the WORST customer service I have ever had. Can't trust a man over just getting an estimate and follow his word on what to do to get it why would anyone trust him with their vehicles (I might add the elderly gentleman that came in after me had gotten his truck back a couple days earlier over $1500 he said it cost and was no better than was brought in and he was out the door as soon as I walked out so he got brushed off obviously as well). No idea how he got even half the awards he has printed on his wall but my experience shows he got 3 times more than he deserves. Never recommend to anyone who wants a good customer service, treatment, and honesty to use this place at least under its current management. COVID and its causing work to get backlogged is no excuse to be this ignorant to customers.

Outstanding service. The man on the desk used a diagram to show what and where the issue was with my exaust. I had to get my muffler replaced but the job was done quickly and the replacement was cheaper than I expected. Since I was a first time customer they also did a quick inspection of my car for no charge.I highly recommend this place.

Saved me the cost of a new catalytic converter by repairing instead of replacing the pipe with a built in catalytic converter. The Cat was fine the pipe was rusted at the flange.Repair, synthetic oil change, air filter, all together cost less then the cost of replacing the Cat.

Very happy with service, timing, and explanation of options and work.Our 2012 Honda Pilot developed an exhaust leak at a flange joint. Honda didn't want to look at it and another Muffler place said they wouldn't be able to get parts. Minute Muffler were happy to take a look (no appointment, just drop it off for the day). They called early in the afternoon to give options: 1) attempt repair only with mostly existing parts - I was told the estimated price, odds of success, cautions about the likely longevity of the repair, and an estimated timeframe, OR 2) use new replacement parts, the estimated cost, estimated timeline, etc. The explanations were thorough, and my questions were answered.The repair with existing parts was a success, and the car was ready later that day.Only negative was a heat-shield delete that wasn't mentioned, but the impact was negligible to the car and saved me money.Pros: Great people, prompt service, clean facility, good repair, fair price.Cons: Missed telling me about the heat shield delete.Overall: Will return. Knowing they do full mechanical at this shop, I'll likely get my brakes done there next.

I asked them to install a Magnaflow muffler on my car, they did a fine job with the welding but did not align the muffler even though I specifically asked them to. They wanted to save time and gave me the best excuse in the business: it was not possible.Overall, their pricing is very reasonable. If you are looking for a custom job, search else where.If you want to get stock work done, I highly recommend them.
