I ordered surgical dressings and received self-adhesive rolls. Went in to return and exchange the order per an email from their online orders department. Staff were extremely rude and told me to come back another day because the online manager" was not in that day. They refused to accept the return despite their email. The people in the physical location are extremely clueless and rude despite the fact that they messed up and did not send me what was order. On top of this

Amazing service. Took my mother into the store today to get a “shoe” for her cane. As soon as we walked in Nour saw us and came right over. She fitted the piece onto my moms cane and we were so happy with the wonderful service we always receive. Nour, thank you for making everything smooth and easy whenever we need something from Starkman’s. I know whenever I go in, we are always in good hands!

Went there to purchase an aircast ankle boot for a fracture in my foot. They had both the ankle length and full length option in multiple sizes. The sales person was efficient, friendly and helpful. They picked out the boot for me, helped me wear it and showed me how to use it on my own. Will definitely recommend this place, especially if it's your first time buying and using medical equipments.

Decent service and knowledgeable. They were helpful in finding what i needed but couldn't recommend other stuff for what they did not carry. Plenty of selection and bulk packs with extensive orthopaedics and support wear. The staff are not bad they are just not the type to give professional medical advice. More like customer service reps. Parking available and reachable by ttc.

I want to express my greatest appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received at all stages of the order process. Especially: The personal phone call to advise one item will not be available for the foreseeable future, and what my options are, was definitely a welcome surprise given so many companies only use email now for this purpose. And the patience of the delivery driver while he waited for me to answer the door was beyond appreciated. It is rare to find a company these days that still has good old fashioned values.The items I ordered and received were exactly as described and I am very happy with the products.I look forward to doing business with your company again and will be referring others to you as well.Again, thank you all.

Compression Stocking fitting post surgery. Staff was very helpful in fitting and advising on care of product to extend life of product. I had searched everywhere online and in store but by far this place had the best selection of sizes, Colours, and products from different manufacturers and price points. I was advised to acquire a prescription which my doc was all too happy to provide. It relieved my pain tremendously, highly recommend.
