I ordered a set of dumbbells through their website, the checkout process was user-friendly. The sets arrived in seperate packages because of the weight. At first I received 4 out of 5 packages. I panicked a little, but customer service was very fast, professional and friendly they responded immediately and checked with UPS. Because they're in seperate packages they can arrive within 2-3 business days of each other, the last package arrived 2 days after. Would definitely recommend. Great product, great service. Thank you!
