Lisa is absolutely wonderful she helped me coordinate all my fixtures (kitchen, bathroom and mudroom/laundry room) and tiles for my new house build. She made this daunting task seamless. She created pdf boards of all the products, so I could refer to my choices at any time. Lisa was also very accommodating with all the trades who had questions and always got right back to them. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!!!!

My husband and I have been debating forever what to do with our powder room. When we got to Cesario, a lovely sales lady by the name of Lisa was so helpful. We didn’t have much in the way of a defined design idea, and she took the time to ask us lots of questions and was able to make some really great suggestions. I didn’t feel like she was just trying to “sell” me stuff. It felt personal and like she cared about what was selected. I have to say that our final selections are so beautiful and something I would never had thought of on my own. We felt like Lisa really understood our style and budget that we have decided to have her finish our basement for us! Finally feels like our home is coming together and reflecting more of our style. My husband and I keep joking that working with Lisa feels like we are an HGTV show. She is professional without being stuffy. We are so grateful that she took us on as clients!

Terrible service, not one person greeted me when I walked in with my husband. Everyone was on the computer occupied with everything other than sales, not wearing masks so clearly Covid is just a joke to this company. When I did look at the appliances, I noticed that there were no price tags on any of the items. I looked the items I wanted up online- after finally getting some service. I wrote down prices and did research to notice they were up-selling all of their items. you’ll get a better deal at Rona or Home Depot.

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Valerie and the entire staff.I went to a few other stores in search for a sink and faucet for a kitchen renovation, had several bad experiences and lack in customer service. I was very happy when I found this place.I got in prior to the lockdown, we were very impressed by their overall selection and knowledge.We found exactly what we were looking for, well made quality products made in Canada and Italy within our budget. Everything arrived in the estimated time and we love it, definitely makes doing dishes fun, never thought I'd say that.Highly recommend!

I did some shopping around before I decided on Cesario and Co. for my new home bathroom fixtures and tiles. I have to say that they were by far the most knowledgeable, patience and helpful of the places i went to. Lisa went above and beyond in helping decide on all our fixtures and tiles as well as the numerous installation questions we had for her. We appreciated all her hard work at the end of a long day.
