Great place to work. My first experience with a Tool and Die shop as a Quality Engineer and I can confirm they have really high standards for meeting quality targets, much higher than what I have experienced in the past. Management is very involved, well experienced and have been very helpful. Peers are helpful and knowledgeable. Coming from a production driven environment, the shop is quite different and I really like it so far.

As an experienced CNC machinist coming from the mold industry. This is a good place to work. The ownership and management have invested in the machining department. Good quality tooling and steady stream of work. Work life balance is more relaxed than what I'm used to and that's a good thing. Come in work hard and enjoy time with your families. Leadership is receptive to suggestions when a strong case is made. Good guys, easy to fall into place as long as you walk the walk.
