You have to look for Allen help me with adjustment to my tab and I got a better phone which I went with samsung s21 plus and it also came with a 100.00 gift card for grocery for T&T but if course I use it towards otterbox accessories for the phone.

Allen’s service needs improvement. We were trying to update our phone plan but he was condescending and not helpful, and he had a rude attitude.

Highly recommend this location, especially Allen. He was extremely helpful with signing me up for a new plan and getting me a new phone. All done really quickly too, which was not what I expected compared to other locations/vendors. Will definitely come back in the future! You can find them next to the cashiers inside the T&T.

Very bad customer service. I went to sell my iphone xs slightly damaged and they offered me less than 100 dollars. Total waste of time
