I have done a ton of escape rooms around North America and this was by far the best organized and well run one I’ve encountered. There are plenty of puzzles in every room with some really cool discoveries that made it extra fun. These rooms are very playable and I love that they have small hint logs in the room to help nudge you along if needed. The rooms are really well decorated with lots of props, all in great condition. It is well lit and welcoming. Staff were awesome and engaging. I came with my kids and we completed Purple is the new black, Taken and Odditorium, all completely well done and super fun! Will be back with my Escape room team to finish off the rest of them soon! Thanks!

We had so much fun! This is a great place for any small group. The puzzles were well designed and executed and there are multiple room to choose from. We will be back for sure.

Brought the family for my wife's birthday. Was not disappointed (although we did get blown away by the twister). The puzzles were fun and challenging. The space was well laid out, looked like a campsite complete with trailer which was pretty cool. The furry woodland animals were great company!Staff was awesomely friendly and engaged in the experience.Will be back... for the horror room.

Best escape room I've ever done! We've been to various locations and done at least 5 or 6 different rooms, but this was my favorite so far. We had 3 kids and 3 adults and we all had fun and were able to figure out some of the clues. Hope to be back in the area soon and try a harder one. Would do 10 stars if it let me!

Been here several times now and each time is an amazing experience! The staff are very professional and take every care to make sure you are having fun. The puzzles are really creative and get the brain firing on all cylinders! Can't recommend this as a group activity enough.

It was my first time at an escape room and I really enjoyed the various puzzles and brain teasers used to escape. My family had a good time overall working together.

Loved KW Escape! We did the Twister room with friends and it was the most fun escape room any of us had done. Very challenging in a fun way with hands on activities.

After seeing this place had a 5 star rating, I was quite curious. I have done a lot of escape rooms around Toronto, so I was unsure what to expect from Kitchener. After completing The Green Diner, I was thoroughly impressed.READ BELOW FOR THE REASONS WHYFirst of all, if you are looking for a room with a lot of high tech, this is definitely not it. The room is filled with lots of lock boxes but don’t let this deter you! The puzzles and solutions are some of the most unique that I have come across. Everything fit PERFECTLY with the theme of being in a diner. The more we progressed through the room, the more we were impressed.There are LOTS of things to do in this room, including extra puzzles for larger groups. We were solving puzzles constantly and couldn’t get it done in an hour but the staff came in and said we were working well in the diner so they have us an extra 10 minutes which was enough for our 2 player team to escape. I love that they gave a little extra time for us to finish and really have a great experience.I would not hesitate to go back and try another room.

I've done 3 escape rooms here now and they're some of the best I've done in KW and Toronto. The puzzles are all unique and ranging in type (number, image, riddle, patterns, physical, etc), and are so well incorporated into the theme of the room. The props are so well done. I've done the rooms with 3-4 people and there's been enough to keep us occupied the entire time. My group of 3 didn't quite make it through one of the rooms, but since no one was booked after us the staff gave us an extra ten minutes to complete which was really nice. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
