I want to like it more. I may be jaded after years of desserts, but as a bakery they are fine, just not stand out in the bakery landscape. Staff member was polite and efficient. I have been a couple times now and have just not found the baked good that demands my attention.

They made a soccer themed cake for my son’s birthday. It was really cute and not too sweet, which is our preference. They were very polite and nice to deal with as well.

We ordered our son’s wedding cake from Love Sugar & Dough. The cake was amazing. My son sent Vibhor, Chef/Owner, a picture of the cake he wanted, we were all so impressed as the cake turned out even better than we expected. The cake was fabulous, not too sweet, nice and moist and light…so delicious. We all loved it, everyone asked for the bakers name. We highly recommend Vibhor, Chef/Owner and will definitely be visiting his bakery in the near future. Thank you.

It seems like a lovely family owned business. You can tell they put a lot of effort in their products. So far, I have enjoyed the creme brule the best. Very creamy and delicious. The brownie style cookie was also very good. I also enjoyed the hazelnut offering for YYC hot chocolate fest. It is very rich though, so it might be too strong for the little ones (although my daughter did enjoy the toppings). I wish them all the best with their business.

We have ordered small chocolate cake for our outdoor wedding. That came out delicious and beautiful. And prices are reasonable. They also offer a keto version.

First time here because of the hot chocolate festival. They make a mean hot chocolate, rich and filled with bits and whole hazelnuts. Topped with a ferro rocher.

The friendly and warm owners set the tone for what's to come. Tried this place for the first time today and LOVED everything! The hazelnut hot chocolate was creamy and decadent albeit a tad sweet to my liking but not painful. Freshly baked focaccia, peanut butter squares, beetroot sourdough, delicious! All of it, but I will still give a special mention to their olive, cherry tomato and rosemary focaccia. Everything is baked fresh and in house. So good! Highly recommend.

Stopped in for hot chocolate fest. Had the most decadent hot chocolate I've ever had, and was offered two free cookies to elevate my hc experience. The men working were so kind and courteous, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I also bought a beetroot sour dough loaf which is delicious. Highly recommend!!! Can't say enough good things.

Unfortunately the quality hasn't stayed the same with the new ownership. We use to love the cinnamon bread, it use to only be made on Friday and Saturday... But now it seems to be there any day of the week - which is great.... However the last few times we've gotten it, it hardly tastes like anything other than semi dry bread. It use to be so sticky, sweet, gooey and decadent and it just isn't the same now. So Sad.We also got buns for burgers in the summer and half of them were almost hollow inside? I really do want to support this small business but I can't if the quality isn't there anymore
