Good selection and staff are friendly. We enjoy coming here. Does appear to be French first" however as some signage and paperwork either doesn't include English or it is very small but it should be manageable for non-French speakers"

Had a great experience today at this shop. We were quickly greeted by helpful staff that made our experience enjoyable. Dima was friendly, patient, very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect fixtures for our home.

The store at Ogilvie is not providing very good service. First order, they phoned me at my old phone # and did not try my cel. When I got to the store, they couldn’t find one of the article in the warehouse and they wanted sell me the floor one with a scratch. Put in my order again and phoned the store today to find out if my order was in as no one has phoned and the gentlemen confirmed that it was in, but no one had phoned me to advise me. Hum!!!

Dima acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and was very attention but in a discreet professional manner. She answered all my questions and gave me additional information over and above my questions. I left to think about my options and returned later in the day to make my purchase. Dima left her lunch to attend to my needs. Excellent service! Thank you!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful for sure and the fixtures are beautiful. While they have some decently priced fixtures, most of their prices are insane. Got the exact same fixture we liked that we saw here for 1/4 of the price at Home Depot. Good place look for inspiration, but too expensive.
