Brendan and his team were awesome to deal with, we arranged for him to start work the day after we moved into our new home, they had a bit to deal with the first day with other contractors being there and were still able to get the job done in two days, quicker then expected. When quoting the job he even gave some ideas about gates that I had never thought of, will be bring them back to do our deck when the time comes. We had Brenden come and put up our fence and we were very happy with the workmanship and finishing product that Brenden completed.We liked it so much, we had him back 4 months later to build our deck! Our experience with AAA was top notch. Brenden and his crew did great work. During the estimate Brenden had solutions to the obstacles that other vendors didn't and at a good price. Everything was done on time with quality. We couldn't ask for more.

We highly recommend AAA fences & decks. Brendon listened to us and made our vision a beautiful reality. They built large deck for us. Dates to start the project were kept tentative, but Brendon responded our every single calls and sticked with his words about showing up on committed time. The quality of materials and workmanship of the deck is excellent. His crew was professional, courteous, and are diligent workers ( A loud shout out to ROSS). Worked promptly and very fast. They arranged for inspections. They provided value at a reasonable price. Courteous and pleasant to work with.They kept the job site clean and organized, and knew what they were doing each day. Brendon also did some final touches that we felt were needed and kept on working on them until we were satisfied with the work. The final result turned out exactly as the plans represented. Highly recommend Brenden and his crew! I had AAA do an extension of our existing fence and couldn’t be happier with the end result! Very responsive by text which is a plus for me, easy to schedule a visit, and he provided an estimate on the same day of the visit.They started the work earlier than I anticipated, completed the work on the same day and they left everything clean. They did an excellent job with our fence, high quality lumber and the finished project looks great!

I’m not sure how I can rate a business that never completed any work. All I can tell you is that they are unprofessional and do not communicate.My wife and I have two very young children who we have to arrange appointments and schedule around. I was put in touch with Brenden about some work that I would like completed on my deck. We were talking on the weekend and he said he could pop by on Monday, but couldn’t give me a specific time. He said late afternoon evening all night I waited for him to show up. Our children’s entire schedule was thrown off waiting. I emailed him to ask when he was going to stop by with no response. He responded late in the evening saying he wasn’t gonna make it. Well thanks.We rescheduled for Thursday at 6 PM. We both agreed that time would work with dinner, bedtime for the kids, etc. etc. There was zero communication all day, and 6 o’clock came and went with not one word. Once again, our entire schedule was thrown off because of a commitment that was promised, and fell through. We will not be using their services in the future, and aren’t sure how they conduct them selves in a professional manner with this very poor communication and lack of integrity/punctuality.

I had AAA do a residential back yard fence for me this spring - I was impressed by their honesty, attention to detail and genuine desire to see their customers happy.Highlights for me:- work was completed on time, on budget and at a competitive price versus other contractors- they developed good rapport with my neighbours to ensure everyone was happy at the end of their job- Brenden was highly responsive by text throughout the job- they use high end lumber products and the end product looks incredibleHighly recommend!
