Consistently great service and professional staff. Whether a quick pedicure, full set of nails, or relaxing facial, it is a lovely experience. The spa is beautiful, services are top notch and the price is very fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to regular appointments without breaking the bank or wanting a total make over!

My mom and I did a full spa day at One 11 and we would highly recommend all the services we tried. From the facials, massages, blow dry, manicures and pedicures, everything was top notch!Thank you to Bianca and the team for making our spa day an amazing special one. I absolutely love this place! Not only is the interior so precious to look at, but the service there has been tremendous. Very warm environment. A special shout out to Jess who managed to conquer the impossible. I have been wanting an ombré technique without acrylic and was always told from other nail salons this is not possible but Jess managed to do the impossible. She was able to use bio gel and painted ombré overtop with shellac which turned out amazing (I even had the luxury of choosing the colour for the nude/pink section of my nail). On top of this, she is so meticulous when manicuring nails, doing the most thorough job and using tools I’ve never even seen before (which was such a treat if I must say). It was really hard to focus at work the next day from checking out my nails. It’s worth the money!! Thank you again Jess! Will be back very soon ❤️

Beautiful atmosphere and gorgeous designs of the spa. Came in for a massage and Barb did such a great job. Very professional and easy to talk to. Would recommend this gem!

Skin care 10/10! Purchased Eminence products from this salon and could not be happier with the results. Bianca and the staff helped me find the best skin care products for my skin and were so helpful with all of my questions. Definitely recommend One11 and Eminence products!

I just had my 5 or 6th visit to One11 - 4th time getting my hair done. Cherry is excellent! Also have had facials, nails and waxing done. Customer service is excellent. Friendly staff - warm decor and great product line. So pleased they have chosen FH for their location.

Bianca and her team provided a great service! Over the last few weeks I got a number of services done and all have been amazing! The facial I got yesterday was so relaxing and I left with my skin feeling brand new! I would definitely recommend this beauty bar to everyone!
