Charles is very thorough in his work, he measured and installed our roller shades very accurately and efficiently. The roller shades he installed have been a huge help as we are now able to sit in our family room comfortably as opposed to roasting in direct sunlight. The only down side is that there is a slight gap on either side of the roller shades where sunlight comes through but Charles explained how this is unavoidable. I guess it would have been good to know that before ordering them. The prices he offered were very fair as I got approximately 11 other quotes for the same order. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Charles is honest and stands by his work. He comes when he says he is coming and will come back if there are any problems. More than happy and one of the few people out there I would refer to anyone needing a quality job. (He may not be the cheapest you find but he is by far the one that will cause you the least hassle - worth every penny)
