RV Storage of Saskatoon

I would actually rate this a zero if it were possible. The Owner of this business was initially very friendly & appeared to be quite accommodating at first when I called the afternoon of Friday Sept 23. Due to circumstances we had to cancel, to which I placed a call Monday Sept 26th at 12.45pm. I apologized, (& for the record, I did not swear, yell or be rude) & I even offered to pay a cancellation fee, & was told an outright no. I made the point that there is nothing on the website stating there are no refunds for paying upfront to reserve a spot & that maybe this could be outlined when someone is asking for money right off the bat & I paid in good faith. I even offered that maybe we could even meet half way but he turned quite abrupt & wanted nothing more to do with the conversation.I tried another compromise, since I paid for a full months rent, that perhaps I can store something there then for the month. He said this is not possible & again I asked why this was not posted on the website. He said it is his policy. But the polices are not listed.Suggestion to the general public, Do Not Do Business with this place as it appears there is a lack of communication & the rules/regulations are not clearly listed.In the past, businesses ran by reputation & sought to be the best & carry a honest reputation. This does not appear to be a thing anymore. At the end of the day, this is so truly disheartening, & I can see that this is the reason the public are turning towards larger or chain businesses as a whole.
