Great service with superior quality windows and porch. Yet and surprisingly comes with very good priceI have my windows and porch enclosure installed in 2013 by Vinyl Professional company after I was visited by Micheal, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he gave me a very reasonable quote and had the windows replaced in short time.I was very happy with the service and quality, I asked him to replace also windows in my other properties and for my friends, they were very happy too.After almost 9 years, I called them for a broken Lock in one my windows. It wasn't because of aging or manufacturing defect, I believe I opened it with force.However, when I called Micheal and sent him pictures of the broken parts, he sent a technician to fix it within a time manner. The technician was very polite and professional. They didn't charge me a penny after 9 years of installation, they even offered to replace my Porch door pump which was broken due to high wind, also free of chargeAfter the installation in 2013, a friend of mine who knows well about windows quality came to see the windows and the porch, he was impressed with the quality, installation & price.It's very rare to see companies honor their products and service after nearly 10 years. Just to tell you how good is their quality, they stand behind their products for such long.Good job and they deserve 5 stars for sure

We just had our porch enclosure installed. The salesmen Michael was very attentive to our neeeds. The quote came back within hours and the install was done in the time promised. From the very first time we called Vinyl Professionals we knew we called the right company to manufacture and install our porch enclosure. Alex was very thorough during the initial consultation and told us everything we needed to know about the process. He was very honest and his price was outstanding! Alex also took time out to call us and tell us that there was a bit of a delay because there was an aluminum shortage but he assured us that they were making progress . Today the installation was completed and the installer was outstanding as well. The structure is very well made and attention to detail with the entire installation took place .
