Amy and the staff at Jones were incredible.We lost my grandmother during one of lockdowns so navigating her death and the funeral was made easier by the compassion and guidance that Amy showed us.Everything was well organized and we will forever be grateful to the entire staff.

Our family has used Jones Funeral home as long as I can remember...going back to when the Jones family ran the business. When our father recently passed away we didn't hesitate to contact the wonder staff at Jones. Rob did a fantastic a job guiding us through the process...making suggestions and ensuring we were comfortable with all aspects of Dad's final preparations and the service for the family...both locally (hosting the service / reception) and for those from out of town (providing a Web based Live Stream). Every family deals with the loss differently, we use humour as a release...Rob took our kidding / teasing in stride giving as good as he received. We would be remiss if we didn't call out the two wonderful ladies who looked after the reception. They were so friendly and warm. I close off by thanking all of the staff at Jones for once again making a challenging few days less difficult. We thank you all for what you did for us.

It’s never easy dealing with the passing of a loved one. I have to say Amy & Terry are Angels. They made it a lot easier than it had to be. They made me feel comfortable & made mom look beautiful for her viewing. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you Angels for sending mom off the way she deservedTom

The staff and service is above exceptional. They allowed my family to make a sad situation in our lives to be a true celebration for our beloved Mother. They took care of all the arrangements so we could spend quality time with our family. No question was unanswered. They offer referral service to local faith leaders. Their compassion is heard in every word to everyone. They truly are in this business because it is their calling.

We are extremely grateful for the wonderful job done by Rob and his staff in guiding our family through such a difficult time. They helped us simplify the decision-making and then executed the plan flawlessly, offering additional support whenever it was needed. The home was decorated beautifully for the visitation allowing for a comfortable meeting with family and visitors. The attention to detail enabled us to focus on our own priorities with little concern as the arrangements behind the scene.

I want to thank Jones Funeral Home. The way you helped my mother in this dire time will always be remembered by me. Amy and Jason were kind and caring and helped my mother with everything. I have lived in the area for over 15 years and have heard of several issues with this funeral home from insensitivity to incompetence and most notably and of recent a friends mother passed away and the family selected the folks at Jones to take care of handling their wishes with respect to their mother, one of those was to record her fingerprint as a momento. This a service offered by Jones and selected by the family and yet was forgotten before cremation.Attention to detail and respect are the hallmarks yet you hear the opposite from this place

Losing our beloved mom, and wife to my father of 70 years, was difficult to say the least. Jones Funeral home helped us every step of the way, with concern and professionalism, all of which helped ease the many details and decisions one must make during a time of great sadness.
