Amazing. All I can say is amazing! Stop looking for a tread technician and call Fern immediately…!!!I recently moved from Toronto to Dieppe and was feeling super stressed about trying to find someone to “trust” with my Peloton treadmill and Peloton bike. My issue was that Peloton doesn’t service NB, nor could they recommend any technicians in the area.Like most marathon runners, I am neurotic about my training and even more neurotic about my equipment, my Peloton’s are my prized possessions. A local bike shop had given me Fern’s name and I didn’t expect to have to take the leap of faith and call him so soon.Murphy’s Law, the movers damaged my treadmill in the move and I immediately needed to know if the damage was catastrophic, or if it was something that could be repaired. I called Fern and he returned my call straight away! He also went out of his way to make coming to the house a priority, as we needed to assess the damage ASAP, in order to file insurance claims, which needed to be done post haste.Fern was able to swiftly come to the house and not only had he researched the Peloton treadmill, he had also looked into the bike too! He was able to get both reinstalled, calibrated, all sorted out and up and running (pun intended).What a great guy! Super professional, out of this world customer service, extremely knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. I will 110% be calling him when I need tune ups or for any maintenance at all.

Absolutely the best! Thank you Fernand for the punctuality, skills and super amazing service. I recommend fully! Was able to move and reassemble a body solid 600 in only a few hours and set up professionally!

What great service! My treadmill was making the loudest sound and Fernand was able to make a diagnosis and fix the problem! So relieved I didn't have to buy a new one! Fernand was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend his work!
