Had some issues with my ebike fat tires getting puncture vine flats. The guys set me up with new tubes and a special tire liner to prevent future problems. They even offered me some key tips to remove the motorized rear wheel properly. Highly recommend the service I received.

Had a great experience today buying our E Bikes and bike rack at Skaha E Ride. They have a good selection of bikes to sample to see which ones would be a good fit for us, as well as a good variety of prices. I'd also like to mention that the shop is well stocked and equipped with everything you may need for your bike. But most of all Matthew and Brandon are a wealth of information and gave us excellent customer service. Glad we chose Skaha E Bikes to make our purchase.

I am so happy to have discovered Skaha E Ride, especially so close to my home! I recently purchased a Gio brand ebike there and the guys were jumping all over themselves to help me customize this beautiful bike and make sure it was perfect for my needs. Me and my wife purchased ebikes from Matt at Skaha eRide and couldn’t be happier. Spent over 3 hours there trying out all different ebikes, and finding the ones that matched us the best. Matt and Brandyn where tremendous and really helped us find the bikes that fit us. Did check the web for pricing and Skaha eRide was very competitive and most times cheaper. I can't recommend this place highly enough based on my experience there yesterday. I went in with a certain make and model in mind based on my on-line research. But I had never even ridden an e-bike before. Matthew assisted me and listened to what I would be using the bike for, and recommended I try a different bike in addition to the one I came in to see. The bike he recommended was significantly less money, which indicated he was putting my best fit before their profits. He sent me off on test rides of both bikes, and sure enough, the one he chose for me was much better.Then he and Brandyn went above and beyond to make sure my experiences with the bike would be positive. The bike was adjusted to my size, a mirror added, and I had enough instruction to make me comfortable to take it out on the road.They went to a lot of trouble to teach me how to load the bike into my SUV by myself and spent time and trouble to come up with solutions to the loading and unloading issue that didn't involve me having to spent $1,000 on a carrier rack. I'm very impressed with the service I received at Skaha E Ride.

Man am I happy E Ride is in Penticton now. Bought two bikes from E Ride in Kelowna 6 years ago. Now just upgraded to a new full suspension Mountain bike from my new best friends @ Skaha E Ride. Quality merchandise, easy to talk to staff.
