We had our roof re-shingled by Roofing for Less from Orillia. We had a number of problems with Roofing for Less and they ultimately left us with a leaky roof caused by improper installation of the ridge vents which were manufactured by Canplas. I called Canplas to ask their advice on the installation and they voluntarily offered to supply replacement ridge vent for the entire roof and even delivered it to my house right away. I was not asking Canplas for anything but advice and they went beyond the call of duty. This company is at the top of my list for ethical business practices.
