I had a chance to meet penny to apply for a new phone, she is professional and efficient, also very caring, standing in customer shoes to provide high quality services. She answered my questions patiently and follow up with me after I came back home whenever I have questions, most importantly she gets me the best deals with high value, new phone with better plans but with the same cost like I did before. You won’t regret coming here!!!

Came here on Cyber Monday of 2022. Signed up for the virtual queue at around 9:30am to get changes made to my mobile accounts. The wait time was 4 hours from queue scan to service, which is expected due to the time of the year. Ronald was clear, concise and efficient at his work. He acknowledged what I wanted to change on my accounts, however since my first choice wasn't available, he quickly suggested an alternative that would somewhat meet my criteria. Ronald was able to process my changes/requests within 20 minutes. While serving me, he also kindly notified people who were arriving after the cutoff that they would not be able to get service for the remainder of the day (drastic difference than the customer service I received at Costco Mobility Richmond Hill on John Birchall Rd.)

Strongly recommended! The lady was very efficient, friendly and helpful. She managed to find the best mobile plan for me and I am very happy about this experience!

Great customer service overall, the representative was very knowledgeable about the various options available and patiently responded to our questions. We got a great deal. Also liked the option to register via the QR code at the kiosk and get notifications about our turn. Highly recommend.

The best experience. Penny want above and beyond to get the best offer available. Best experience in upgrading a phone. The virtual line always helps you. Will certainly be going back when it’s time for another upgrade.

My family have always experienced great customer service here, particularly with Tommy and Johnson. This time I was helped by Dennis during my visit today to upgrade my phone. He was very thorough and patient with me, explaining my choices and comparison with clarity. Most importantly, he took the time to ask me, What's the most important thing to you in a phone?" He didn't just try to sell me the "best" plan or the "best" phone. I highly recommend them!"

I'm sure the gentleman there would have been helpful. However, I was with me senior mother waiting while he was serving a customer before us. I didn’t see that I had to text in to out myself in queue. When I received the text message that they were ready for me, a lady showed up 2 seconds before me as a walk-in but was served first. I waited patiently hoping she was quick. Eventually my mom needed the bathroom so I had to ask how long it would be. Told him I got the text message as they were ready for me. He said he thought the lady he was serving was me. Perhaps he should have verified the name. He didn't even look up while I was waiting. Even after knowing I had the time reserved, he asked me to walk around for 10 minutes and come back. I couldn't stay longer and told him I only had a quick question about the phone, specifically if the online price was the same as if I bought the phone at this booth.

After standing at the Wireless Information Desk for 30 minutes, no one came to assist us with our wireless needs. We were prepared to make a purchase but unfortunately this sale has gone to another vendor. I was not expecting this type of service from a partner to Costco.
