Amazing customer service from Dan and Maria! Had all of the signs, photos, handouts etc for my wedding printed here. Everything looked wonderful and was very affordable.

I've had two great experiences with the customer service at TPH and won't hesitate to return for other printing needs. They were great at answering my questions by phone, were easy to send documents to and got the printing done quickly. 10/10!

The guy who helped me out was just incredible! He printed out my document super fast and efficiently, and he didn't even take my money.However, when I arrived at the door, the girl who was working by the window was signaling me to call them with a very annoyed face, in a really rude way.But oh well, I was very happy with their overall service at the end.Thank you TPH, I'll be back!

I saw some comments about free printing and thought maybe because they only did one page. When i came to print about 10 pages, they didn't charge me either. Just kindly asked me to donate" as I liked. I rushed to my friend and grabbed some coins. Not encouraging people to take advantage of this

It's too hard to find a good service nowadays, but this company went above and beyond with their work!They completed my order same day (within few hours), staff was professional, polite and friendly starting from phone convo until pickup. I'll definitely use their services again!

PLEASE AVOID THIS BLACK SHOP. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU EVERYTHING. Very unprofessional company. Talked with them on the phone. Dan NGO is absolutely the rudest staff I have ever come across- talked with him on the phone, very rude and expected me to pay $45 extra just to open files and he claimed it takes time for staff to open. Lol. Never heard of any printing shop who would add such extra charge. Then gave me an estimate, in which they claimed they actually underestimated so when I finally have to pay, they charged me $60 more. Gave me the receipt, they claimed to charge $0.15 per page, I checked and they overcharged me. Then they replied saying they charged per side and they actually undercharged me. Very unprofessional and I don’t know how they train the staff to calculate the price and charge customers. Everything is messed up. HORRIBLE PLEASE NEVER COME TO THIS SHOP. (I really didn’t want to but I was just in a rush)

I wanted to print couple of copies of my Resume for an Interview so I asked for a quote from the website, they called me back almost immediately and asked me to email the document, as it was a resume they got it done for free, thanks for saving my day.Its a contact less pickup and quality of the pretty professional, print quality is quite good.I would definitely recommend and contact them again for my future printings.

Price for print a Letter size paper with one word colored is 1$ . I had 290 pages that cost me 260$ after negotiation . Attitude was rude, and the guy was not welcoming. Simply did not want new job 2 hrs before closing for Christmas holiday. It was urgent and I wanted to print and left with no choice but to pay.
